New rings in my Etsy shop!

I've just added a selection of new handmade knitted, Harris Tweed and felt rings to my Etsy shop- check them out here

The rings come beautifully presented in a hand branded gift box, making them a lovely gift

Today I'm also debuting a new design inspired by my flower hair slides (also available in my Etsy shop)- over sized flower rings embellished with Swarovski Crystals or a vintage button! If you would like a ring in a particular colour you can't see featured in my shop, I'm always happy to make a custom order, just ask!

New pieces for Summer

I just wanted to give you a sneak peak at a few of the new pieces that I will be adding to my Etsy shop later this week. There's definitely a vintage button theme going on!

There are new colours in my handmade knitted brooches, new hair slides and rings. Check out my over sized flower ring embellished with a vintage button- very summery! I'll let you know when I add them to the shop. Look out  for new stockist news later in the week too!

Happy Monday everyone!

Tartan

Lately I've been making some cover button brooches and rings using Tartan off cuts- great if you love the Tartan trend but just want a subtle Tartan hit!

I've taken a little selection of these new pieces to The Hazel Gallery in Colchester today and I'm going to add them to my Etsy shop soon, watch this space!

These will all be available to buy during the Open Studios weekend, plus many more unique handmade pieces. Look forward to meeting you there!

Swarovski and Pearls

These are just a few of the pieces that I've been making this week. Tomorrow I'll be transforming them into rings and they'll be all set to go off to the gallery! I stitch all the beads and stones onto the felt backing by hand-  I am an obsessive embellisher! People are always surprised that I stitch them all rather than glue them on, but I think this gives the best results and I love the process of it.

The big round rings are made from handmade felt beads which are then embellished- they really are statement rings!

It's not a ring yet, but it will be!

Statement ring!

I also make jewellery to commission, so if there's something particular you'd like please contact me!

Rings and Things

Today I've been in my studio (lovely in the sun!) working on a range of rings for a gallery- images to follow soon!

In the meantime, here are some images of the kind of work I sell at Spitalfields market on a Friday once a month (hoping to go on Sundays soon too!) Having been there in the winter wearing lots of layers it was so nice to go last week during the heatwave!

I've got lots of plans for my work over the coming months; I'm looking forward to writing about it!
